I did a sprint work out on Friday. I did 4-6 full speed sprints for the first time. I'm trying this b/c I'm told it increases stamina.However, it's Tuesday today and when I tried running in my class this morning, my legs would still hurt when I would run. Not soreness, hurt.
Is this normal? They would feel mildly sore, but when I would run, the pain would just stop me.
