just exactly when was that second MRI done, before that one you posted at the very top dated in 09? if this other was done first, just how long was this done before the other newer one? how much time had passed?
my best advice would be to just scroll on down to the 'back boards" right below here in the 'B" section right at the top? they have many many more knowledgable people who could really give you a much better idea of her overall situation there. this would be the best area for you to ask questions abawan. i do hope she is not feeling too much pain.
