help to understand findings CT scan

Grade 1 1.5mm anterolishthesis noted at L4/L5 with disc space narrowing appreciated, most prominent at L5/S1 Transitional vertebral anatomy noted at the lurabosacral juntion with the transitional vetebra named S1 for the purposes of examination. A vestigal disc is noted at S1/sight of the Vertebral bodies identified.
This was finding from CT Lurabar spine scan...
I wake in the night with lower back pain, in morning find it difficult to get out of bed. Have pain in right groin and right knee sometime i can not lift my right knee and the pain is terrible. If i walk or stand for long perioRAB i am in pain.
Can any one throw some light on the findings??? thank you
