Help to find a dress under $50 for 8th grade dance?

The theme of the dance is "A Night In Times Square" if that helps. Nothing cheap looking such as dresses that are bright pink with tulle and a huge bow. I definiely want a dress that is above the knee and preferably strapless. Thanks! 10 points best answer.
Also, I have a black crop jacket with a bow on the front that I might consider wearing with the dress...so maybe keep that in mind?
 
Check out the clearance sections at dress stores, like Windsor. There are always great deals there.
