Help to change my lifestyle and eating habits?

I'm 17, overweight (BMI 28) and a smoker (terrible I know). I seem to have a fear of exercise, and my excuses range from I don't see the point of doing something that hurts too i don't have the time. Basically I'm fed up of my unhealthy lifestyle and I want to change. I'm not ready to give up the fags yet, but I want to eat healthier and get into a better body shape. I currently weigh 13 st, and my target weight is 10 st. I love fruits and veg, beef and pasta. Any tips or recipes would be greatly appreciated. Ten points for best answer :P
