Help! Tmobile has had me on a ticket since Saturday

I bought the new Blackberry Pearl and proceeded to talk to Tmobile over the phone, in the store, to do a change of responsibility to move my account into my husband's new MyFaves Family plan. My brother did the same thing and his moved over seemlessly. I, on the other hand, have been patiently waiting for this change to occur since Saturday. I have called Tmobile everyday for further status and they just keep opening tickets that expire with no callback or status. The latest explanation was that an old GRPS SMS bucket that I had on my plan is delaying the changeover. I asked them to delete it and move on with my plan change, but I was told that it was mandatory to remain on the account. I get no where everytime I call. I've been a loyal customer since 2003, but I'm not so sure how much longer I can remain loyal when an easy change like this cannot be done in a reasonable amount of time. Any suggestions on how to get this moving along? I'm out of ideas and almost patience. Thanks!

Is your bill up to date. Do you owe anything? Also, I am sure that somebody from T-mobile will be on soon, and probably contact you shortly.

normally the change of responsibility doesnt hang up like that. that is very odd, i know they normally happen right away, if you want to pm with the ticket number, i can take a look at it when i go to work on friday because im a sales rep with t-mobile.

I appreciate your help. I called Tmobile for the ticket number and the rep told me she couldnt find the ticket number. She did however discuss it with her supervisor who told her to have my husband call to change the date for the change of responsibility date to the day after he calls. She recommended he call in again today. Supposedly this is an easy fix to a system error/glitch. Have you heard of this? I hope this finally works, otherwise she said I would need to wait 3-4 days more to have the ticket worked.

It worked immediately! Everyone in activation should learn about this fix! It would have saved a lot of time and energy and I would not have had to doubt my loyalty to tmobile! Thanks everyone for your help!
