I have everything about my unknown condition in my profile, but in short, I exercise 5 days a week for an hour, I eat 5 times a day, proper servings of everything as directed by my dietician, I get enough fiber, and I take no weird diet supplements. I had my body working great in spite of my unknown condition. I had a more energy than usual, and was pooping 1-2 times a day, drinking enough water, this were pretty good.
Nothing has changed about my diet or exercise in months. I substituted a new kind of exercise for one of my days of exercise after gaining a couple pounRAB to try and switch things up. Just before this, I took a break from my diet for 10 days and then took the weight back off.
Now, I am gaining weight every week. There is no good reason. I can't find ANYTHING I'm doing different, and my trainer and dietician can't think of anything to improve.
The disturbing this is, for the past month (yes MONTH) I haven't had a real, formed, solid BM. The only thing I can think of is that this is what's causing the weight gain (whatever is wrong inside my body). I am getting my insurance to let me see a specialist, but does anyone have any suggestions? The only time I've pooped in the past month is when I went to the hospital for this problem and they gave me a liquid laxative to take. Since then, still nothing
