I switched my razr v3m prepaid, to a lg env vx9900 today. I bought the phone online, and when i went to activate it it tells me it is not supported on prepaid. I had already confirmed through the verizon wireless website, by contact us, that i would not incur any problems with the switch before i bought the phone. I now had to switch my number back to my razr in order to even have a phone, and am now out 115 dollars. WTF? If anyone can help me as to know what is going on and help me solve my problem, i will award kudos and best answer. Thanks. I also need to inform you that the esn/meid number is clear.
