help me!? i have a 99 chrysler seabring it wont start and motor wont turn over
everything else comes on the lights, air conditioning. it's a convertible but that wont come down and the radio wont turn on everything else will go on. i can shift it to Natural and drive park reverse everything else. the engine just wont start we put a brand new starter on it and still nothing. i just don't know what to do recently i looked up on 99 seabring and it is known to do this and there so many thing it could be! i don't have the money for all the stuff or to get Professionally looked at and that means have to toe it and i don't have the money for that. the thing that sucks now i am paying for a car that wont even run so i cant go get a new car and now im stressed out of mind! please please help me! thank you.
