I have a huge problem. I dropped my sony vaio by accident. but i think it wasn't even that bad. It was just a small bang. I thought it was nothing at first. the next day i found out that my vaio wont boot. it said there's an error. when i switched it on, my vaio flickers. It goes "vaio" then, blank pitched black page with a tiny dash. then waited a couple of mins, they it goes like my vaio wont boot. error bla bla blaah. because i am still under warranty, i wanted to go to the sony centre. but the only problem is, i lost all my resits, but i still have the official warranty sticker.
p.s/ I went to a store, and it said that it was my hard disk. so they changed my hard disk. and now all my files are gone. and all the special vaio stuffs. including my webcam -__- how do i get it back? can i still get a new laptop when all my resits are gone? i misplaced it somewhere. T_T
HELP MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!
