Help should I represent myself in court?

hello,, I live in baltimore, md...the police had a warrent and rated my house..they were very disrespectful to me, the way they were talking. They asked to check my car, i said yes but i wanted to check, as soon as I got up they were already in my car. My radio isnt working now. They broke my headboard which was unnecessary, thats all they had to do was pick up the mattress. They took my phone...I need my phone. Anyway they said they found a gun and residue on a scale..but they never showed it to us. Me and boyfriend. But on the report they just charged up with the residue on a scale, which my friend agreed to take cause he didnt want me to have anything to do with it. They locked us up and we got out on our own recon. Please give me some advice on what to do. should I represent myself in court.
