Help?Sharp pain in left ovary?

Hi im 20 years old. I recently found out I have mild pcos after I went to the emergency room for a sharp pain in my right ovary. I also have hypothyroidism but take levothyroxine for it. But anyways..i went back and had a sonagram and the cyst had gone away on its own. I have irregular periods ..usually every three weeks. My last period was on october 17th but about 4 days ago for a couple days I had a sharp pain in my ovary on the left side this time everytime I sneezed or coughed..i currently do not have a cyst on my ovaries and have no other symptoms that I know of. Does anyone know what this could be related to? Thanks
