Help sending pictures BlackBerry?

i have a BlackBerry Pearl Flip 8220 and im having problems sending a picture i compose the mms but it tells me "No mms service record, message cannot be sent.you will only be able to save draft." then it takes me to where i can put the picture in but there is no send option someone please help me out.*sad face*
