Help Samsung Sway (U650)

OK.... I need help. I am trying to flash a Samsung U650 and I loaded a PRL can dial *228 but it will not program the phone. I have my MDN and MIN and input them manually using SPST lite but not sure if I am doing it right. I just want talk and text. I have googled this phone for help and nothing. Maybe I am using the wrong prl file.... any help?
 
I took the phone down to my local cricket store and they registered it and gave me the min and mdn if thats what you mean... while I wait I will google that.
