S Sam New member May 10, 2010 #1 okay the rims on my 97' jeep grand cherokee are starting to get old. the coat of clear paint stuff over the aluminum on the rims are starting to get flaky. should i scrape all of it off and put on clear coat spray paint? or what should i do??
