Ok so heres the deal, I opened up my iphone 2g to fix a small problem with the microphone unit. Since I was gonna open it and usually opening the phone leads to minor damage i decided to replace the the housing and the bezel. Problem is that one of the screws holding the bezel to the phone is very rusted and there is no way for the screw driver to turn the screw because the head is very damaged. Is there anyway of removing the screw that doesnt require drilling or excesive force. I think its pretty obvious I want to be as gentle as possible to minimize any possible damage to the phone.
