Help really needed ..Is 20 minutes on an elliptical and 15 minutes on a bike good...

...enough? ok for a 15 year old girl who weighs 123 pounds i am trying to lose 13 to 15 pounds .. i do 20 minutes on an elliptical and 15 minutes on a bike also with a little diet .. what should i be doing differently ? how long should this weight take too shed ? also love handles are my biggest problem best way to lose them aswell ?
