help reading my mri results

My doctor sent me for an mri and now is sending me to an orthopedic surgeon. I am not very happy about this as I have already had 2 back surgeries and a neck surgery. So I was hoping someone could explain this mri for me. first my neck.. c2-3 there is a mild left paracentral disc osteophyte complex buldge of the intervertebral neuroforaminal narrowing or central canal stenosis. c3-4 there is a mild central disc osteophyte complex buldge with mild osseous narrowing of left intervertebral neural foramen. ap diameter of the spinal canal is 11mm. c4-5 there is a generous left paracentral disc osteophyte complex buldge, resulting in moderate osseous narrowing of the intervertebral neural foramen. ap diameter of the canal measures 11mm centrally c5-6 there is a mild broad based osteophyte with mild osseous narrowing of the left intervertebral neural foramen. ap diameter of the canal is 10mm centrally. c6-7 there is mild left paracentral osteophyte with mild left intervertebral neuroforaminal narrowing or central canal stenosis. c7-t1 there is mild broad based disc osteophyte complex without intervertebral neuroforaminal narrowing or central canal stenosis. can someone please help me with this

Hello friend. I wish I could help with you out with an explanation but unfortunately there are a lot of medical murabo-jurabo in the report. This is obviously the report filed by the radiologist so it's probably gonna take a radiologist to understand it enough to give you an explanation that you can understand.
