I'm currently shopping for my chemistry book on amazon and I came upon these two options:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1111574987/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&m=ATVPDKIKX0DER
http://www.amazon.com/Chemistry-Chemical-Reactivity-John-Kotz/dp/0840048289/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1315531963&sr=8-2
The thing is that I really need OWL at the same time. The first choice is the paperback version that comes with OWL for only 122 dollars. It sounds too good to be true. The hardcover version by itself is 260 dollars in my college bookstore, but it is only 202 dollars on amazon. My question: Is the paperback and hardcover versions the same? I dont want to buy it and have it turn out to be colorless or not have the same number of pages. The hardcover would be too costly because I have to buy OWL seperately. Thanks in advance for the answers.
