I'm thinking of buying a T637 with a damaged screen (it's very dull). However, I'm not sure how hard it is to replace the screen at home. Anyone know? Thanks!

it's not hard at all! It's risky though. I wouldnt recomend it if your a n00b, or if your not a professional. You need a new LCD, and need to ake off the housing. Once you did that, all you need to do is pop out the old 1, and put in the new!
