HELP!!problem with my 2001 dodge durango?

my durango seems to have a problem in the steering wheel, I no longer have cruise control, a horn or the ability to use my radio buttons, can anyone tell me what the problem is and how to fix it? Oh and yes I have checked the fuses and that doesn't seem to be the problem also do you know what it might cost to fix the problem
 
The clock spring in the steering wheel is broken internally. That is more and likely why them things are not working. And that part is located behind the airbag there on the steering wheel.
