Hi,
I suspect I have a problem with a shock absorber on the front driver side of my '99 Ford Focus. The car makes a bit of a thud when I go over a speed bump / pot hole etc. Otherwise there can be a bit of a creeking / rattlling sound especially at low speed, this however is quite and can not be heard if the radio is on.
What is the most likely problem?
Is it safety critical and need immediate attention?
