Help! Power went out while I was using photoshop!?

I've been working on one of my shots on photoshop and the power went out. My computer restarted and now I reopened photoshop and there's nothing there. Does this mean I have to open my shot and do all of that work over again or can I restore the work I've done? If anyone knows how to do this please let me know

I am working with photoshop cs3
