Help Please

i got the 8930 and everytime i go into my pictures its got the loading icon but it doesnt load and there are no pictures in there but it shows there are 6 images loading, but they wont load, then when i take a picture it wont let me view it what do i do?! i reseted everything! HELp

If thats happening I suggest u call your carrier and ask them for help if they cant help ask for a replacement phone.
