Help Please

I have just bought a Motorola Defy. Set it up including getting my google mail account. Everytime I try and download an App (any app) it just comes up with download is queued and does not download no matter how long I wait. I have set up 2 different google mail accounts as i thought it may be something to do with that but no success.

Any help appreciated
 
Hi,

I had exactly the same problem. The solution (for me) was to turn off Data Manager - this only appears to be a setting to minimise the amount of data that is downloaded onto your phone. Once I turned off this setting all my downloads worked and are no longer being "queued".

To get to this setting you have to choose "Settings" app then select Data manager and finally Data server and turn off this feature.
