Help please..

Ok i have these 2 white bubbles on my chest since i was 12 and i am 19 now. It has never went away and today one of them got really red and bigger.. idk what this is and i am worried.. Can you please help me and tell me what this can be?

Doesn't look to serious but im not a doctor, they could just be a swelling but just go to the doctor and don't fret.

gio91: It looks like it might be caused by an ingrown hair. You don't have alot of hair on your chest yet even though you're 19. Get an appointment with a dermatologist and see if they can give you an answer. It doesn't look like acne. Another thing it could be is a ganglion cyst. See the doctor and have it drained and treated.
