motorola phone tools, also? i have problems with my messages, ring tones and i can not see who send me the text messages i mean, i see the message when they send it but not who send it!! so??? i don't whats going on!!, i already download the program "motorola phone tools v5.0" or wherever, anyway i can not find my cellphone model, i get from internet in a free version, but i can not find the model, i would like to fix all these problems if its possible, because the telephone is nice and wherever, but not make sense if i can not use at 100%, please if somebody can help me, i will apreciate thanks
