Help Please email problem

Hello Everyone,

I need some help please. I went to load anohter email acct. to my Berry I have the curve 8320 with 4.5 from tmobil. I added a new acct I only have 3 others and wanted to add an AOL email acct I had.

After I added it I could not check any of my emails or write any emails. I did a reboot and sent sevice books and still nothing.

I get this error message. when I reboot.

uncaught: exception java.lang.nullpo interException

Hope I can fix this thanks so much in advance for your time.

I am not sure. I have not loaded any new apps. I di add twitter but did this afew days back and it was fine. I can go on the web I can send text. But all my email functions are not working. I did resend service books did reboots. and still nothing.
 
I guess your email aPp managed to corrupt it somehow...

You may want to try a factory reset by doing a handheld wipe. First do one and exclude 3rd party apps... That way you won't have to install em all over again if it works...

Just go to options/security options/general settings and hit the menu key. Select wipe handheld and select exclude 3rd party apps. As red said if this doesn't fix the issue then try doing it and not checking exclude. You will have to get your apps again but if it fixes the issue its worth it.
 
Device options > security options > general settings... Click the menu button and select wipe handheld... Uncheck the option "include 3rd party apps"

Make sure to do a device backup to save all your settings...

That worked. Thanks very much for the time. I am not sure what happend. All I did is load anohter email (AOL) to my berry and after that it was not working. Thansk again.
