Help please.... anyone that know alot about the financial aid process?

I got to turn in a document which i think is delaying some of my financial aid money because it is not on my award letter. I know that this document might be delaying some of my financial aid because it said it on the document itself. So i am gonna turn it in tomorrow. How long do you think that it will be for me to get the rest of my finanical aid (that possibly could be delayed because of this document) if i turn it in tomorrow? Will it be before school start back in the fall? The financial aid that is being delayed is the decided factor if i am still going to that school or not.
