Hopefully you have one problem here with fractions in the numerator and denominator.

Numerator becomes...
[(b - 5) + (b + 2)]/[(b + 2)(b - 5)] =
[2b - 3]/[(b + 2)(b - 5)]

Denominator becomes...
2b^2 - b - 3 = (2b - 3)(b + 1)
b^2 - b - 10 = (b + 2)(b - 5)

Now flip the second fraction and multiply.

[2b - 3]/[(b + 2)(b - 5)][(b + 2)(b - 5)]/[(2b - 3)(b + 1)]

Answer = 1/(b + 1)
