A .50kg cart with a metal sphere, charged q = +2.0 x 10E-5 starts at rest 1m to the right of a fixed sphere with positive charge +3 x 10E-4. The cart is 9m to the left of a sphere with charge -3 x 10E-4. The cart is released. How fast is the cart moving when it is 1m from the negatively charged sphere on its right.
