Help! phone died today! V3m Alltel firmware

Hey guys my RAZR dies on me today, speaker phone started coming on by its self and only power button works now. I tried reflashing the phone wondering if it was a software issue, that didn't seem to help. I've only had this phone around 4 months and it hasn't been abused. Are the Verizon phones bad quality? Yah I do use the phone quite a bit but I didn't expect to kill it this quick. if anyone has any suggestions please let me know. As of right now tthe only buttons that work are the power button, and sometimes the voice command. Thanks for any suggestions

it's likely a hardware issue. verizon does not have bad quality (or any other carrier has specifically a low quality version of a phone), it just happens sometimes. you should be able to waranty through MOTO (well you can try) just flash back to the original firmware first.
