I have a panasonic VDR-M50 and I am trying to record on an SD card, but it just wont corporate. I don't know if it's because it normally records onto a mini- dvd or what, but that would be strange considering it has A SD card slot and sticker on it.
If your camcorder has both the ability to hold a mini DVD and a SD card, i suspect the SD card is for photos and you record video to the DVD. If you need to get DVDs, get DVD-RW as they can be erased after transferring files to your computer.
