Help!!! Overfilled Toyota Echo With Oil, Car Won't Start.?

My mom overfilled her Toyota ECHO with Oil. I believe it's 2000 - 2002. She tried starting the car and it won't turn over. So she hasn't driven it anywhere after overfilling. She tried draining all the oil and then filling it back up with the correct amount but the car still won't start. I'm heading up there in a bit to try and help but I really don't know what to do other than what she has already tried.

Does anyone have any useful information that might help?
