Help!! Oscar Cichlid Hurt! Calling all Fish Experts!?

I've Just got an Baby Tiger Oscar Cichlid (2 inches) and he has a white flakey skin on the tips of his lips! Almost like an other fish had bit him there! He was in with 3 other Oscars at the pet store.

He is eating blood worm and bits of flake of the bottom of the tank but seems to be "Sulking" alot in his pebble cave? other than that he seems fine.

An Advice would be GREAT!!!

Oscars can just sometimes be moody when moved to a new environment so don't be too worried right away. my albino oscar acted the same way when I brought him home and now he's fine.
