help on samsung internet please?

the internet isnt working on my samsung b2100. its something to do with the settings because internet will work on the same sim in a different phone

if this is any help, in the settings it says;
bearer - gprs first
proxy - off
address - 0.0.0.0
port - 8080
dns1 - 0.0.0.0
dns2 - 0.0.0.0

anyone know how to get it working? if so pleasee help
