Help on getting two Java games onto my phone?

I have a new phone, an LG Remarq, and I have two Java-file cell phone games on a flash drive. I would like to get these games (Elder Scrolls Travels: Dawnstar and Stormhold) on to my phone. I do not have a micro-USB-to-USB cable. Rather, I have a MicroSD card and an adapter. The phone takes the microSD. So I know how to get the games onto my phone. My question is, do I have to download a Java file also onto my phone? And is there one specifically for cell phones? And where?
