Help on getting a second opinion

Hi All - After 5 years and 3 surgeries and still being in constant pain my neurosurgern has told me I have reached my medical plateau and all treatment and WC weekly payments to me have stopped. I can finally go to another doctor for a second opinion to see if anything can be done for my pain or do I just suffer with the pain for the rest of my life taking meRAB.
So my question to everyone on the board does anyone know of a good neurosugeon in NJ (Gloucester County or Camden County) or Philadelphia? If you do could you please recommend someone to me.
