I am looking at flash lighting kits, but have no idea which one to buy. I have seen a few good ones, but am not sure how powerful a kit id need? I am shooting in a medium sized dining room with a white backdrop. Would 2 180w flashes be enough? Also, how long do the bulbs last for? Some flash heads don't seem to have replaceable bulbs. Is this a problem?
