help on cellphone?ringtone?

i want to put music in my cellphone,but im looking for a place that i can make the song short,like a ringtone & i want i place that i can take the song that i have to turn it in to ringtone,& when i finish,i can download it to my computer,bc i dont want i place that i can give my # or send it to myself,plz help
