Help on 8830 SOS only...

Can someone help? i have here BB 8830 locked from verizon, but after unlocking using mxkey, i can't get any gsm signal on show SOS, but when i try to dial 112 it will connect...I aldready tried procedure in removing IT policy but same problem....HELP!!!

i've already done that....and when i manually search for network i only get verizon network and no network from our place(philippines)..
