Help On 1991 chevy lumina?

ok so heres the problem it wont start its getting fuel i know for a fact (little nozzle on fuel rail depress it fuels comes out) and a couple days before this it did the same thing i came back a cpl hrs later it fired up, it did it again except this time it wont start tried the day after it happened. and before i started having this problem i think it ran rich because when i started it it would rev up too probably 2000 rpms and after about 10 secs would drop to approx 200-750 rpm, i have no idea whats wrong it will crank but not turn over hope i gave enough info
