I'm a 15 year old guy, measuring at 5'4 (yes I know I'm ridiculously short) and I run around 12.7 for my 100m without any consistent training.
I'd like to become more competitive next year which leaves me approximately half a year to train like a beast, how much progress would I be able to make? I'm looking to improve my time to low 11 seconds or possibly a high 10, is this possible, and how would I be able to do this - improving my speed, and overall stamina as I have a very low level of stamina as I am unable to do well at 100m due to my horrible stamina.
I'm hoping to make my school athletics team next season and I'll need to be able sprint at mid 11 seconds.
