HELP: Nokia Backup/Restore Dilemma

OK, after updating my firmware, I used Restore and as expected, it put back the old files I had when I used Nokia Backup. But then it deleted some new applications and folders installed by the new firmware(Internet folder, etc.)...

I can get them back by a hard reset(reformat), but is there a way to get them back without reformatting it? Or better yet, is there a way to keep them after I use Restore?

Backup restores everything - old applications(though you have to register again), SMS, contacts, settings... it would be great if it wouldnt delete the new files.

You can create folders yourself in the menu. What exactly is it that you want back?
