My cell phone service provider is T-Mobile. Two days again, I upgraded my cell from the awful BlackBerry Curve to the brand new G2. When I 1st purchased the phone, I was very impressed, but soon after realized I had missed 3 calls bc the calls did not register and the phone failed to ring. I took it back the next day only to have the very same problem with the second phone. The people at Radio Shack suggested that I am probably not in a good service area when this happens, but every time my phone shows full bars. It rings when it wants to. Does anyone else have this phone and maybe have had the same difficulties as I? If so, any solutions? It's extremely frustrating bc the people @ Radio Shack claim that they have had no other complaints from other buyers of the very same phone. I should also add that I have checked that the ringer volume is up, have tested my selected ring tones to ensure they play when I am in the settings section, and I do receive my text/email notifications with no problem. The Radio Shack people told me I just have bad luck w/phones, but there solution left me no where. When one purchases a $600 4G phone, they usually expect it to @ least allow them to receive phone calls!
