Hi I wonder if anyone can help me. I recently purchased a new CD and am attempting to rip it to computer music library (using windows media player). All sounds pretty straight forward huh! Sadly NOT! Firstly the 'now playing' shows one track title continuously...and states the track as 40.12 long! The Album actually has 9 tracks in total, all of which play, though try as I might I have not been able to alter this information. It maybe that I am doing something/or not doing something really basic. I have tried updating album info (which at least gave me the album art, but hasn't revised the track listing...despite editing manually...which didn't save). I guess that since the first track is listed as being the entire length of the disc that this is why the rest of the info isn't displaying. However from what I gather, track length can not be altered manually. I am most frustrated....HELP PLEASE!!!
