As i needed to turn my laptop on safe mode by pressing F8 it kept going to the blue screen of death and then only allowing me to restart in normal windows xp mode. So i Started normally and went to start -> Run -> msconfig and selected the boot in safe mode. now i switch my laptop on and same thing happens so i select normal windows mode and still the blue screen of death is coming up because i have the boot in safe mode still. Now i don't mind factory resetting my laptop but i have no cd or recovery disk. I know i can select to boot from my External hardrive but i just need my laptop to work if any one can help me this would be very much appreciated, thank you.
