Help needed to create and upload a workable SP MIDI to my Nokia 7210.

Hey all. I current have a Nokia 7210 but have misplaced my PC Suite CD and data cable. I have tried using programs such as 'Polyphonic Wizard' and 'Mobile Music Polyphonic' but have had no luck getting workable polyphonic ringtones on my phone. After following the step to converting the once normal MIDI to an SP MIDI, i used my phones internet to retrieve the file. After opening the file a message saying 'unable to open file,' appears. Does anyone know why this would happen? Is there any alternative ways to get these files to my phone and to work. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
