Hi!

I've recently been experiencing pain in the area of my left hipbone. It's in the, biologically speaking, groin zone.

It typically hurts when I'm standing or moving about, not when I'm seated or standing very still. By that I was thinking it might be a strained muscle, but I have no idea how to relieve it, is there a certain muscle straining exercise or movement that could help?

It's bugging me a little, since when I have to stand up for a period of time, not being able to vary my position significantly. Like for example in music class today we had a choir/singing practice where we all had to stand up for a longer time than I'd appreciate with this muscle thing.

Also, I don't know if it's relevant at all, but two days ago and a little yesterday, I had to.. you know, pee. Really bad. But when I went only like a milliliter or the alike was relieved from the body. And I really had to be so bad I barely could hold it in. This happened a few times this Monday.

Hope I could be of any help for myself and you by this explanation. :p
Oh and I put it under General Health, cause I don't really know for sure what it is.

Well, two stretches that might help are:

Balance on your right leg. Put a hand on furniture if necessary. Bend your left knee all the way, so your thigh is pointed down and your foot is near your backside. Pull your leg back until you feel a comfortable stretch. This is a runner's quadriceps stretch.

Or, try a groin stretch. Stand with your feet wide apart (not like a split, just couple feet apart). Bend your knees slightly, and shift your torso to one side or the other.

The bladder issue might or might not be related. That one, definitely see a doctor about within a few days, or immediately if it becomes really painful, as it could be a urinary track infection.
