Hello
I am in very deep trouble.
I'm an international student studying at a UK uni, which means I get no student loans or funding, and my last rent payment was due in January, which I haven't been able to pay in full (it was 1040 pounds, I have 240 pounds of outstanding payment), and now my landlord is threatening me with a CCJ if I don't pay by Tuesday. Problem is, its a joint tenancy contract, and I'd hate to involve my housemates into this as its obviously none of their fault.
I therefore need to somehow make 250 pounds by Tuesday :/ I can't borrow the money as my housemates are fellow skint students, I'm in no contact with my parents, and I recently had to quit my job because of health issues.
So if you have any serious suggestions about how to raise the money I need, please help!
PS : Don't ask me why I'm here if I don't have the money to, I have quit university because of the financial hardships, and I offered to cancel my contract and move out of the house (a friend offered me a room for free) but they wouldn't accept it as its a joint tenancy.
